Alex Mulsoff
Co-Founder
Alex’s Kansas City roots run deep, and his hands-on experience shapes how he helps homeowners today. Before co-founding Riverfront, he spent over a decade working heavy demolition and bridge projects with Local 101. Those jobs taught him the value of hard work, honesty, and being all in.

Now, Alex leads acquisitions at Riverfront, guiding homeowners through life’s toughest moments, whether it’s dealing with an inherited home or too many repairs to handle. He takes the time to listen, offering real solutions with no pressure.
Outside of work, Alex and his wife of 18 years stay busy raising three kids who are all active in sports. Whether he’s at a ballfield or sitting with a seller, Alex believes in showing up and doing what you say.
Costa Karellas
Co-Founder
Costa co-founded Riverfront to build a business rooted in trust and real solutions.
Before that, he spent years overseeing massive offshore drilling projects and led a battalion of 650 Marines as a Captain in the Marine Corps. His military and industry experience taught him how to stay calm under pressure and lead with intention.
After retiring, Costa shifted to real estate, focused on helping homeowners who need a fresh start. Behind the scenes, he keeps Riverfront running smoothly while spending time with his nieces and nephews or cheering on the Patriots.
Costa’s admiration for the Chiefs is rooted in the same qualities he built Riverfront on—consistency, preparation, and doing things the right way.
Mike Luongo
Co-Founder
Mike’s dedication to serving others runs deep, both in his career as a firefighter and as a real estate professional.
With a background in real estate since 2017, he’s earned a reputation for his honesty, reliability, and commitment to making sure homeowners feel supported during some of life’s biggest decisions.

Whether he’s helping someone buy their first home or sell to move on to the next chapter, Mike is known for his attention to detail and focus on people first.
Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman, enjoying everything from fishing and snowboarding to spending time with his German Shepherd.
